Text Box: The Cope of the Northern Churches Text Box: The Cope of the Northern Churches This was the last cope to be made by the Guild for Canon Forrest, Rector from 1975-2004 The silk brocade is York Rose. The Opheries show the northern churches symbols, and are decorated with Iona stones brought back from Scotland.
