This window by Hardman was put up in memory of his first wife by Henry Woodcock in 1855. The subjects are the Birth of Our Lord, the Ascension and the appearance to Mary Magdalene after the resurrection. In the lower part is a portrait of Mrs Woodcock with the word 'Jesu mercy' on a scroll. |
